- Structural Integrity: Issues with the instrument's structure, such as cracks in the body or neck (not due to accidental damage), are covered.

3. What is Not Covered

- Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and finish fading due to regular use.

- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) is not covered.

- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repair or modification made by someone other than an authorized service provider will void the warranty.

- Consumable Parts: Strings, drum skins, and other consumable parts are not covered under this warranty.

4. Warranty Claims Process

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your instrument has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at support@hluru.net with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request further information or ask you to ship the instrument to us for inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair the defective part, replace the instrument, or provide a replacement part, depending on the nature of the issue. The decision will be at our discretion based on the assessment.
  4. Shipping Costs: If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced item to you. However, you are responsible for shipping the instrument to us for evaluation.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

- Transferability: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

- Geographical Limitations: This warranty applies to products purchased directly from our website.

- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for future reference.

6. Warranty Repairs

- Authorized Service Centers: Repairs under this warranty must be performed by an authorized service center or technician. Unauthorized repairs or attempts to repair the instrument yourself will void this warranty.

- Repair Turnaround Time: We aim to complete warranty repairs as quickly as possible. However, the time required for repairs may vary depending on the nature of the issue and availability of parts.
